Fizz Bot AFK

After the server came back online today I decided to check my lag in a Custom Twisted Treeline match. The teams were (Blue) Illaoi (me), Udyr Bot, and Fizz Bot vs (Purple) Jarvan Bot, Darius Bot, and Nasus Bot (all of them set to intermediate difficulty). The match loads in fine. Then I see Udyr moving to his lane, however Fizz did not move. The match continued for awhile and I seen Fizz Bot was still at the spawn. I don't know why he stayed in spawn. Additional information : I went to bottom lane for the 1v1 lane, Udyr went top lane for the 2v2 lane (though it was a 1v2 due to Fizz Bot not moving)

I am in a custom game right now as Shaco with Fiddles and Vlad as my allies and the enemy fizz bot is doing the exact same thing. Fizz has stayed in their base the whole game (not that I noticed 'cause the mundo and ziggs bots are wrecking us). Guess this means it''s a champ specific thing.
