Maokai Maokai this guys twisted advance move is a point and click move that makes him follow somebody with extra movement to catch the victim,and Poppy 's W that stops dashes doesn't stop this! and it ROOTS it's basically a copy of Jax...es... gap closer! or any other dash

Poppy not stopping maokai isn't a bug. Maokai can't be targeted during his twisted advance so Poppy can't knock him back.

Maokai is untargetable during his Twisted Advance.

Thus, Poppy's W doesn't affect him.

IIRC, Fizz's E has the same interaction.
