Projectiles don't hit

I first noticed it when I was up against a Morgana and she cast a Dark Binding and it just phased through me. Another instance also occurred with an Ashe on my team when her ECA was fired into a teamfight and it just passed right through 2 people. And I know that the enemy team nor I were either out of range or not close enough to be hit because other people commented on it in chat.
