Client Notifications Still Broken

Specifically for when you get kicked out of queues for some reason or another.

A long time ago, Riot added in the "The game has been disbanded because a player failed to select a champion" notification to inform the player why they got kicked out instead of just telling them "Someone has left" every time. Problem is, ever since shortly after (it worked right for a bit), this is the ONLY message that has popped up for me. It doesn't matter whether someone leaves or fails to select a champion (when all champs are locked in, it still occurs).

Dunno why this hasn't been brought up (maybe it's just me?) but this definitely does not seem intentional as they are blatant lies half the time.
