Sivir W and E non-functional

I just played a game as Sivir where half of my kit was busted Richochet flat out wasnt working. There was no bounce, no attack speed bonus from my ult, nothing. Spell Shield wouldn't block any spells no matter when I used it or on what I used it. It would make the sound as if I did block it, but it wouldn't block it or give me my mana back. Needless to say, I lost, and I'm pissed off about it
