Multiple Yasuo Bugs

I have had multiple bugs occur. Tornado going opposite directions, auto attacks stopping as I was about to kill someone, dash not working, Ultimate not working because of slows, even though they had no silence.

I've experienced bugs too with Yasuo. He was in one of my games last night. Rito pls fix this. I'm not sure how he made it past pick/ban phase.
