30 min game ban bug?

i just dodged a game to avoid trolls and instead of getting a 5 min ban i got a 30 min ban. 1st dodge has always given 5 min ban.

why i dodge i had trolls trying to run 5 adcs. not going to waste 20 min to surrender but there was no reason to get a 30 min ban
