Gameplay Smite Effects and Scuttle Crab

Smiting some creatures no longer gives you their effect. This is most noticeable on red buff, when it sometimes does not refund you 20% hp. Smiting some creatures in your own jungle gives you poacher's knife's effect. Scuttle crab sometimes spazzes out with intense jittering, staying in one place.
