Leona's Zenith Blade and Fizz's Playful/Trickster [GAMEPLAY]

When Leona hits an enemy champion with Zenith Blade (and doesn't hit another afterward), she dashes to that champion. Unless the dash is later interrupted by a displacement ability (i.e. Vayne's Condemn) or she dies before arriving, she gets to where that champion is. As the target is briefly rooted, that champion is usually still there. There's a few exceptions - for instance, Tristana's jump has a windup and if cast before the root but starts jumping during the root (it can't be cast during) she gets away. There's exactly one instance where the expected behaviour doesn't happen: Fizz.

If Leona hits Fizz with Zenith Blade (it does damage and applies Sunlight), but Fizz casts Playful before the root begins, Leona does not dash at all. Ideally, Leona would dash to the base of Fizz's pole, but it would also be acceptable for her to dash to where he was when Zenith Blade hit.

Oh, and I'd also like a fix to Eclipse and Banshee's Veil - they look ugly together and it would be nice if they lined up.
