crash entering champ select still results in abandon timer

League crashed attempting to enter champ select, and asked for a bug report. I didn't send one. When I tried to queue again, I had a 5 minute timer to queue. The game should realize it crashed and not give me a timer, because I didn't abandon queue it's not my fault
