[Game play] Skarner crystalizing statues?

Unfortunately this has only happened once so I'm not sure if this is helpful , but the bug was so odd I had to report it. I was playing a match in the twisted treeline, random pick, intermediate bots. As you could guess I was playing Skarner. I guess the only odd thing I did was decide to experiment with his build and gave him a banner of command and had already used its active on one of our minions. Coming up on the last inhibiter tower I pop my Q into a wave of minions. For a moment I see that the tower is seems to be crystalyzed by my passive some how? I'm not sure if the bug was aesthetic or if the tower was actually stunned but I felt this was worth mentioning.
