I cannot patch 5.13

I was trying to patch it and first it stopped at 99% and said an "unknown error has occurred" and now it just gets stuck at 33% and as soon as it scans ~2500 files it says "an unknown error has occurred". I have tried it multiple times and it does not work. My wifi is fine and lol is not blocked on my antivirus program so idk what to do. My computer is a windows. Edit: 5th try is a charm. Nvm I don't need help
