Nocturne creepblock bug

Nocturne is not supposed to be blocked by units when on his Dusk trail. This is mentioned every where there is a tooltip for Nocturne's Q in case anyone else was unaware.

The video provides proof.

The issue is exacerbated when using Phantom Dancer which is a semi-popular item on him as well.

Also, for some reason, the issue pops up at blue and raptors semi-often. I've given it some thought and I think it's the small creeps. I've always had issues with the small ones, not the big ones. At every other camp I rarely attempt to path through the small ones so it starts to make sense.

The effect can often be very minor. With a small movement to the side sometimes. But that's still collision.
