Bug with Resolve Rune Conditioning
This is a bug with the resolve rune conditioning. When you first get the bonus benefit at 10 minutes, it gives you 8 + 5% bonus armor and MR. However, when you first get it, it only gives the extra bonus on one of the two (MR or armor). So the 10 minute bonus of 11 armor and 11 MR would give you 8 armor and 11 MR and not giving you the extra 5% benefit. Subsequent benefits give you the benefit like normal. And I've seen it with only giving the armor bonus and i've seen it with only giving the MR bonus. So to sum up, at the 10 minute when you first get the bonus, you are missing out on one of the two extra 5% bonuses of your total MR and total armor
What it looks like in game
10 minutes: Conditioning bonus 11 | 11
Armor: 8 (+3)
Magic Resist: 8 (+3)
Actual benefits given to player: 8 armor | 11 MR OR 11 armor | 8 MR
Later in the game: Bonus reads 16 | 12 Armor: 8 (+8) Magic Resist: 8 (+4) Actual benefits given to player: 13 armor | 12 MR OR 16 armor | 9 MR
So to sum up, at the 10 minute when you first get the bonus, you are missing out on one of the two extra 5% bonuses of your total MR and total armor
Easy to test, just load up a game and wait till the benefits are given at 10 minutes and check the bonuses it gives you. They don't match
