Match history isn't updating in the client

I just noticed this today while looking at the match histories of my account and a few of my friends. I actually played a promo series game in ranked and when looking at the Leagues tab, it did show that I won a game, but the game itself didn't show in my match history until a few hours later. the fact that my promo series registered the win, along with the fact that it eventually showed in my match history, at least tells me that the game wasn't entirely tossed out by the client, rather the results are just really delayed. not a big deal because of that, but this bug definitely exists.
