A strange laptop bug

I think League has been causing a laptop breaking error that causes my laptop keys to stop responding, on top of that it will make my laptop paste the last letter/word/sentence I copied. It happened on my Acer gaming laptop, after being unable to find the problem, I sent it to Acer. I was using my old Dell laptop and the same thing happened half hour later when I was playing practice range. The error that causes my keys to stop working.

Has this been happening to anyone else?
