Scoreboard bug - one enemy champion is missing

Encountered this bug twice this patch. You load into the game normally - then you check the scoreboard and one of the champions is missing. A big black empty space is where the champion would otherwise be. The only thing being shown is a single zero where the level of the champion is. Tried a number of things inside the game when this bug appears - and nothing seems to fix it. The only thing that has been consistent with this bug is that it seems to happen more often when I am playing red side and the enemy is blue side.
