Azir's ult is still useless against Jax/Amumu/any other champion is a similar gap-closer

Azir's ult does nothing against champions that jumped onto you if you ult imediatly after. (like Jax's Q)

This has been months (since his release) since this bug has appeared and it is still not fixed. It's very game-changing. In thoses cases, it means that he got no ult at all.

Fix this ASAP, Azir is barely playable with this bug...
