Woefully Inadequate Replay System More Broken Than Ever

Since there's no actual replay management (folders, marked games, notes etc.) AND every replay breaks after 2 weeks, I've been keeping multiple installs of LoL. This is not a good solution by any means but it did work until the new client. On 9.20, I can't even use this workaround because the game is literally not letting me play old replays when not connected to the internet and it auto updates if I do.

I hope Riot realizes how completely unreasonable and insufficient the current replay solution is. I need access to the replayer and can't be expected to go through everything I want after merely 2 weeks. Recording is not a solution since it only offers one way of seeing what happened and I don't always have time to do the editing when I want. This is a very frustrating situation. I can go over chess games from hundreds of years ago but can't see my LoL replay from 2 weeks ago.

The least Riot can do is provide some custom replay client options with install management so that we can just view replays from older patches.
