[Gameplay] Classic Mordekaiser's Dragon does not have leash

This has been happening since the Mage update ~

All of Mordekaiser's skins make it so the Dragon ghost has a leash.

However, if you pick classic Mordekaiser, your dragon has no leash whatsoever, which is how he used to be.
