Dark Harvest Yorick

May be intentional, I guess. ..

I rolled Yorick the other day in an ARAM match, so I decided to try him out with Dark Harvest.

I noticed that ghouls do not trigger Dark Harvest procs. Is this intentional?

I can't recall off the top of my head if other pets trigger stacks.

Annie's Tibbers, Elise's Spiderlings, Heimerdinger's Turrets, Ivern's Daisy, Kindred's Wolf attacks while in Wolf's Frenzy, Malzahar's Voidlings, Maokai's Saplings, Shaco's Boxs, and Zyra's Plants.

These are all units that attack or move to attack independently of the champion.

If none of these trigger DH, that's totally fair. If any of them do, all of them should.
