Bug: Jhin stutter steps when reloading

Noticed this frequently. His attacks are pretty buggy while reloading it will keep trying to fire while chasing an enemy and cause him to pause/stutter.

Really easy to see on scuttle crab. Just attack it and watch the stutter.
