[Champion Select] [Rune Pages] - Recently played displays as selected, however loading recently edit

So this is very specific.

1. Edit a rune page during a champion select - Play Game
2. Play another with different rune page - unedited
3. Play a third game - Game 2 rune page shows as being selected. If you do not hit the drop down arrow or edit this rune page you will load with game 1 runes

NOTE: If you do hit the drop down arrow in game 3 for rune selection you will see 2 rune pages check marked.
