[GAMEPLAY] Katarina's Shunpo allows her to dodge point-blank Dark Binding from Morgana

So there is currently a very bad bug on Katarina and/or Morgana that really screws the match-up over. At point-blank range, when Morgana sends a Dark Binding at Kat, it will literally pass through Katarina for 0 damage and a wasted shot. This effectively mitigates all trading potential between Morgana and Katarina. This normally only occurs after Katarina has Shunpoed to Morgana.

How to reproduce: 1.) Have Morgana and Katarina face off against each other. 2.) Have Katarina Shunpo to Morgana. 3.) Have Morgana immediately fire a Dark Binding at point-blank range at Katarina--it must be accurately fired. 4.) Watch as the Dark Binding that should have hit simply passes through Katarina and does no damage.

This issue will occur every single time these events are triggered, without fail--I have tried it at least 5 or 6 different times. Please note that this bug is not simply "missing" the skillshot Dark Binding (such as firing it in a wrong direction), nor is it covering firing the Dark Binding at a minion between Katarina and Morgana. This is purely regarding what should be a hit skillshot missing.
