Mouse not locking in windowed mode [Mac]

When I drag my mouse outside of the window, it spazzes outside and back in rapidly but if I'm clicking at that time it can take me out of the game window, which has the same effect as alt tabbing which makes me unable to use abilities or really any hot keys until I click back inside the game window. It's really annoying if I right click outside the game window and then I try to left click back in and accidentally make a new folder and then I die b/c i'm basically alt tabbed and have no control over my camera or character.
