smart cast no longer works. Can't smite. Can't attack structures. Can't Nunu Q monsters. which since you have to manually KILL your own client, you risk punishment, and you're just behind anyway, since this game isn't about skill anymroe, it's about face mashing and just getting 1 cs lead and taking over with stupid kits.
Hopefully riot figures out a good death knell that they seem to want to just kill this stupid game. but seeing as riot is incompetent in basically everything but skins, it's no wonder they can't figure it out. Like since they since they obviusly seem to pick people to fuck over each match and lose, why not just make it more obvious "oh it's 6 minutes in. They got a baron somehow for free without even having to do it."
So... is this a bug report, or hateful rant?
