[CLIENT] Client becomes a tiny rectangle post-game and has to be closed

This has only happened on a specific PC that uses Windows 7 instead of 10.

At the conclusion of every match I've played on this PC, when the game closes and returns to the client, the client will be a dark 128x21 pixel rectangle on my desktop which occupies the upper left corner of where the full sized client would be. Closing the client will sometimes occupy this rectangle with the "Yes/No" confirmation buttons. An invisible portion of the client (the area where it's supposed to be) will prevent my cursor from interacting with icons on the desktop behind it, but the client can only be clicked and dragged from the visible portion.

This bug occurs when I set the client to 1600x900 resolution. After closing the client and re-opening it to restore the client to a usable state, the resolution will revert to 1280x720.

Yeah, this happens to me as well. I use Windows 10 though. I wish this wouldn't happen but why fix a problem it seems that very few people have when you can patch Azir and rework Ryze, am I right?
