[GAMEPLAY] Kindred Passive Stack Did Not Put Champ on Cooldown

I was playing an ARAM and drew Kindred. In the YOLO that followed, I noticed a very severe bug:

I marked Wukong. Then, I engaged and damaged him. Then I died. Then he died. I got a stack, but he did not get put on cooldown, so I was able to mark him again immediately when the 1m cooldown expired on the passive if I desired.

TLDR: Kindred can keep marking the same target if she dies and then gets the stack for assisting while she is dead.
