Rito for the love of all that is purple, and violet, blue, red, and the rest of the colors...

Please fix Lulu!'s innate.

This is how it's supposed to work: You attack someone. You have 42 base AD and +9 magic damage at lvl 1. You attack a Leona with 4 block, 35 armor, and 43 MR. You deal (42-4)/1.35 + 9/1.43 = 34.4 damage.

This is how it ACTUALLY works: Same conditions. You actually deal (42-4)/1.35 + max[(3-4 + 3-4+ 3-4)/1.43, 0] = 28.14 damage

Please. This bug has been in the game for as long as I can remember. Since the time of Season 2. At first, especially with the beginning of Season 3, I thought letting the bug be was a way of balancing her for the same reason why E lasts 5 seconds on her and 6 seconds on everyone else before the nerf.

But you know what, I don't care. It feels like absolute crap to see 3 zeros on my screen at lvl 1 and 2 and less than 9 damage at lvl 3. With the change to Doran's shield, I am absolutely terrified about what kind of bugged changes will make Lulu!'s basic attacks absolutely useless early on.

Riot, if you have to change the raw scaling from 3*(3/7/11/15/19/23/27/31/35) to something more exponential like Azir's or WW's so that the printed raw number is significantly smaller, that's fine. Literally any number after fixing the bug would be better for her.

And this doesn't just plague her. MF, Varus, and other on-hit champions suffer from this as well albeit not nearly as badly as Lulu!. This tells me it's not just coding with Lulu! but just how flat block and on-hit/on-attack interact.

Let me reiterate: fixing the bug and then nerfing the fuck out of the passive so far it's below the ground, in hell, and about to cause a singularity early game IS LITERALLY A BUFF.

THIS PASSIVE DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR TWO LEVELS.

Honestly, I'd rather see the flat block champion masteries removed and change Doran's shield block passive to a 20 hp shield that regenerates every 3 seconds of not being hit. "Holy shit that's way too OP." No it's not. That's how powerful 8 flat block is. Do the math.
