[GAMEPLAY] Sion gets bogus spoils of war floaty balls

If Sion has one of the "Spoils of War" items ( ), he gets "ghost balls" floating around him that never expire. So even if he has 0 remaining charges, he will have a ton of procs showing available. These are visible to other players in the game, not just the player using Sion.

Obviously, this makes it very difficult to tell at-a-glance if he should be killing that next minion or not.
