KYS = Keep Yourself Safe, does rito not want people to keep themselves safe?
i was indeed drowning in ass (IM JOKING)

So yeah I meant no harm towards my KYS A.K.A Keep Yourself Safe comments, so my ban was a bug. Simple as that

Everyone knows what KYS means. Riot knows it, your allies/enemies know it, everyone here on the boards knows it, and you know it. This was not a bug. Your ban was 100% deserved.

You're the one assuming what it means when it could mean multiple things. Saying "you know what it means" means absolutely nothing. What I meant was Keep Yourself Safe and there's nothing to say that I didn't mean that. If anything I was promoting being positive to my own teammates.

You also are claiming you said "keep yourself safe" twice in the post game lobby, when there was nothing to threaten their safety.

Just stop, no one is falling for it. You even referred to being punished because it's a "no joke zone" in your other comment, which means you typed it knowing full well it means kill yourself.

I love how you keep ignoring the fact that Lulu was a friend I premade with. I explained this multiple times.

The joke is it subverts your expectation to make you think I'm being toxic but in reality I meant a nice thing. Everytime the lulu did something good I said kys lulu, and at the end lulu was 2/2/25, so I said kys lulu and left, which means something completely different if you look at it the other way around.

You can talk to your friends in the voice chat you are automatically dumped into, or private message them.

You also only specified Lulu once out of the 3 times you said it.

I've had to literally hold someone back from suicide before, and while many things lead up to that moment the straw that broke the camels back was someone on the enemy team telling them "kys Soraka". I'm a very firm supporter of this being a zero tolerance phrase. If you want to talk like that with your friends in Discord have at it, just keep it between yourselves not out in public.

No offense but if your friend does that just because a toxic guy on league said "kys Soraka" then ANYTHING would've triggered them to do it. Hell them having an awkward conversation would've probably driven them to it. I'm not saying this to be mean, it's a fact. I think people need to have backbone and not get triggered by every little thing. A stranger on a toxic game saying a toxic thing shouldn't make you break your gamer equipment or kick the bucket. I don't pity people like that.

i'm not crying, I'm explaining what I meant. If I was not trying my best to get myself unbanned that'd mean I'd have no backbone and I would just let people do whatever they want to me. At least now I understand the rules better and I can be more careful next time. Btw does any of the rules specifically say "no kys" ?

Bluntly, no one believes this. In the current gaming environment, this is akin to saying that you're using a homophobic slur to call someone "a bundle of sticks." You will have to deal with this ban, because I can assure you it will not be reverted.

Because it's highly commonplace internet slang, as even the most cursory google search will indicate. When you use a phrase with a common shared definition, you should expect that interpretation to be considered.

There are 3 other players in the game who need to be taken into consideration. Your friend might be okay with you using hate speech towards them, but that doesn't make it okay to do so in this environment.

There was another friend in my party who was okay with it too. The fact these were directed towards friends proves I meant no harm. People act like intention doesn't matter, me saying kys alone would be unacceptable but i'm giving context

The lulu is my friend KYS Keep Yourself Safe is an inside joke We did good all game so there'd be no actual reason to flame.
