got a 14 day suspension, and it says that i'm supposed to be unbanned 4:04 PM today yet i'm still banned?

Unban times are in Pacific Standard Time, so 7:04pm EST.

It'll end at 4:04PM UTC time. Which will be, I believe, 7:04PM your time if it's safe to assume it's 4 for you.
