Rek'Sai Queen's Wrath + Tooth

Rek'Sais unburrowed Q Queens Wrath causes her to hit all surrounding enemies when she basic attacks. and upgraded jungle items have a passive which reads: "UNIQUE – TOOTH: Damaging a monster with a spell or attack steals 25 health over 5 seconds and burns them for 20 magic damage"

Queen's Wrath does not proc this passive on enemies other than the primary target, but it is both an spell and a basic attack. It is very noticable when fighting something like the chickens, you are missing a lot of damage and healing.
