League Breaking Mid-Game (Respond ASAP)

So, currently I WAS playing Gnar on a SR pub and I was playing top lane and I had done a good job of advancing and when I got to the mid section of top lane, my game just instantly stopped functioning, gnar stood in place along with the minions, and everything just froze. I could open menus and stuff but I couldn't talk to others or move around so I just left the game and reconnected which worked for a total of 30 seconds before the same glitch happened again. If I reconnect the game will let me play for about 30 seconds and it starts up again. Not sure what happened, all games before this one were fine.
