League Will not alert me when I have to accept a Que

So I repaired my client after REPEATEDLY getting timed out and getting a 5 minute que time for "abandoning" ques. Hell, I didn't even know I was getting asked to join a game because it wouldn't ask me if I wanted to accept the Que. Thinking that repairing my client would solve my problem, I que'd up for another game, STILL did not get the message and now I'm staring at THIS shit:

Like, I don't know what the issue is, but lately I haven't been able to see my stats, finding a game is a damn pain because this usually happens to me anyway, que's breaking, and now I'm in a low priority Que because of a bug in the client which won't let me accept the Que, or, as a matter of fact, even have the damn thing pop up and ask me.
