Possible PBE Bug?

I hit accept to join the game and 2 times in a row i got an unexpected error for displaying game check or something among those lines i dont remember the wording so i ended up getting a 5 minute queue delay. So, i relogged and the same thing happened and now i have a 15 minute queue ban and i am doing nothing wrong its even registering as me hitting accept but then that pops up after the queue times out.

Idk if this is a bug on the PBE and if not how do i fix this?

update: I joined the practice tool and then tried joining an online game and it seems to have fixed the issue as of rn.
