[Alpha Client] Lobby chats not working

In pre-game and post-game lobbies, chat messages refuse to communicate with other people. You can type, but nobody will see your messages and you won't see anyone else's messages, kind of like it was in the first few months of testing.

This really sucks considering I spend a lot of time playing blind pick and my teams rage at me for insta-locking even though I did call, because they couldn't see it.
