Quinn Q still CC's with Morgana shield still fully on with duration left. New patch... new bugs. Wouldn't be riot without them! :) You can see blackshield. It is the 3rd buff from the right side.

I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be an 'opps we forgot to code it with a crowd control tag' kind of mistake.
