[BUG] Homeguard: Teemo

Hello Guys, I noticed this strange bug lately. When a Teemo equip boots with Homeguard enhancement, many times he doesn't get the boost hp-mana regen as well as speed boost. That is, the Homeguard enhancement doesn't work at all. It seems to be working fine on every other champ but Teemo.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. No idea what's the cause and why it is affecting only one champ. Hope it gets fixed soon.

This is commonly reported - but what isn't included is taking into account map activity - if someone or something steps on a shroom Teemo is doing damage to them, so homeguard won't activate.
