The Vlad Q bug lead to my slow and painful death
Yes it was a ranked game.
You will see around 16sec that empowered Q casts without healing me at all.
The bug has been documented before, for me it will happen once or twice each game, usually to jungle camps. Needless to say, it's absolutely devastating in 1v1s.
I think the problem is casting when Crimson Rush is just up. Maybe in the way it's coded, the beginning of the buff does not properly overlap with the end of the cooldown?
Help our cute boy, Riot, he's suffered enough.
