[Gameplay] Urgot's ult doesn't cause his W to lock on to his target

..Despite the W clearly stating Urgot's other abilities (not basic abilities) causing him to lock on to whoever he hits his abilities with.

Steps to reproduce: stand near a minion wave. Click R, aim at an opposing champion. Hit R on opposing champion. Click W. Watch as Urgot prioritizes his closest target over the champion currently affected by his R.
