Resets my Mouse!

I recently updated to Windows 10 so yeah, but wanted to let Rioters know that every time I enter the load screen just before entering a game my mouse speed setting is reset to default. I can set it back to the speed I like but it is really annoying to have to do that for every game. It doesn't happen during champion select or during the game itself it is only (and 100% of the time) when the load screen is up.

Tried reinstalling game and messing with settings but to no avail.
