Per-side offset camera option not working

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Start Summoners Rift game

2.) Go to game settings

3.) Change camera mode from Fixed to Per-side Offset (or vice versa)

4.) Realize that the camera isn't changing at all

Please fix (preferably hotfix) this because as someone who has become accustomed to Per-side offset it is very difficult to play mid or bot lane on the purple team.

Same for me. I use to play with that camera, its very disturbing to play with semi-lock camera for th moment...
