Muramana Active Visual Glitch

When you activate Muramana the active icon has a little swirly animation showing that the item is active. However, when you die with Muramana active it is still active when you respawn, but the icon no longer has the little swirly animation that shows Muramana is active (It looks like it is no longer active). Because of this I have started clearing waves and suddenly I've used half my mana. Muramana is a late game item and if I don't realize it is on then I may turn it off for team fights thinking it is already off, or only go into a team fight with 50% mana because I have been unknowingly farming with it on.

Overall, it isn't that big of a problem, but if you don't realize that the item might still be active (I know the bug is there but sometimes I just forget about it) then you waste mana or turn off the active before a team fight.
