Small window of locked accounts due to crashed game

So I believe what happened recently is there was a small window earlier where all active games crashed and now accounts are "locked" in those games since no one is in them to remake but the game never LOADED due to everyone not loading in.

Either Riot has to cycle the server or go in and like manually end those game sessions.

Honestly I don't know WHAT happened but I do know I am locked from playing until Riot fixes it.
