[Gameplay] 1100+ Heal from initial tick of Trundle Ult

Seems like a bug, Trundle was able to heal 1100+ health from ONE tick of his ult, the initial tick, which should be impossible in that situation. I'll copy and paste the "math" I did here:
His ult will deal 17.5% of Irelia's HP instantly, which is 700. But she has at least 100 MR from Spirit Visage, and Trundle takes 20% of that MR away instantly, making her have 80 MR. This is about 40% Magic Damage reduction. That would make the 700 steal become 420 (heh). Then, Spirit Visage and his W will increase it by 45%, making it 609 health.
He probably has the extra 8% from heals too, so I'll add that: 642 Health.... still far from the amount shown in the video.
I have a feeling that maybe Trundle is getting health from his passive from the turret (which isn't supposed to happen). If not, I have no idea... maybe his heal is somehow calculated before Irelia's resistances, which shouldn't happen, but maybe that's bugged.
