Issue with IP in the store? (New Client)

Trying to buy a champion shard to break down for blue essence ( level 6), but it's saying I don't have enough RP/IP. I've got 1900 IP though. Just a bug or something, but letting you know in case this affects other purchases in the store too.

Granted, I can probably just restart the client to fix it, but I'm too tired to do so right now.

It's a bug with the store. I'm sure Riot will notice soon and get a fix going.
