Bought the K/DA Kai'Sa Bundle and wasn't given the ward

This is a known bug! Make sure you don't try to craft it again, because it will eat your Tokens even though you already own it. As Mcquzzy said, try restarting your client and checking your Collection tab while the wards are organized as "My Collection".

I purchase the Evelynn bundle and the same happened. It’s fine tho as I rerolled prestige Kaisa from some of the skin shards I got with the bundle.

Restart the client and make a custom game. You can select the ward but for some reason it is not in your collection

I said custom purely because I wanted to check but didn't have the time to play at the moment.
