[Gameplay] Azir's turrets will continue to target champions after they leave range

This just happened twice in my last game. Wukong went under my turret that I made, and the laser pointed at him and started shooting him. After he got out of range, the laser continued followed him, even through the fog of war into his base. It didn't shoot, but the laser and the target was on him.

This didn't happen every time. Only sometimes!
