There is currently a bug with the sound effects for recalling. This bug can be heard only if you are on the opposing team of the champion that is recalling.
This bug occurred to me during one game, then happened again when I was watching a streamer/YouTuber named Pants are Dragon on his Twitch Stream.
I've had the same issue since the patch. Thought someone had just channeled their recall only to have them disappear off screen while the recall sound continues to play. It's caused me to burn summoners and look like an idiot tower diving somebody that isn't there.
my problem is the sound in general like it wont work through the home screen then when i get into a game the sound will return, on home screen as soon as i log in theres no sound but when i get to the game the sound turns back on
